Our park serves as the first and only public memorial in Davenport with the goal of honoring Veterans from a regional perspective, in a beautiful Mississippi riverside 43 acre park.

The Friends of Veterans Memorial Park (FoVMP) began in 2011 as a not-for-profit organization dedicated to honoring all veterans. All funds raised by our members are used solely for future enhancements and projects that have a common goal: To Remember and Honor those who have defended our country,
and educating the current and future generations of our great community of the sacrifices the members of our Armed Forces and their families have endured.
